Jessica (Hiatt) White, Director This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Jessica White joined the Weekday Program in January of 2016. A native Texan, Jessica grew up in Richardson, graduating in the top 4 percent of her class at Richardson High School. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas A & M University Commerce as well as holding an Early Childhood Training Certificate from Eastfield Junior College. She has enjoyed a career in early childhood education since 2000 in many different roles. Jessica began as an in-home caregiver, then continued as a toddler teacher for four years, threes and fours teacher for four years, and then six years as Director of the Early Learning Center Preschool at United Disciples Christian Church in Richardson. She is a current member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Passionate about helping others achieve their best in helping children, she also served as the President of the Math, Science, Technology Magnet PTA for two and a half years, and is the current the President for the 3rd year for the Methodist Nursery and Kindergarten Association (MNKA). Jessica serves weekly at church, and was the Vacation Bible School Director for more than 16 years. Jessica resides in Richardson with her husband Merv, and one of her three children still at home. Jessica enjoys web design as a hobby, sports, art, and just having fun with her children. On a nice day, you just might catch her driving her Miata with the convertible top down and a cold Diet Coke. Jennifer Bliar, Admissions Coordinator This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Jennifer joined the Weekday Program team in 2018. She grew up in Hawaii and attended Hawaii Pacific University where she received her Master’s in TESOL (Teaching English to foreign language learners). She moved to Texas last year with her husband and two dogs after teaching English for five years in Myanmar. On the weekends, she enjoys taking her dogs to the park and attempting to cook with her husband.

Courtney Ray Brown, Preschool Curriculum Coordinator This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Courtney joined the Weekday Program team in 2018.She has a passion for God, children, fitness, and supporting women and families. Courtney has been working in Early Childhood for over 17 years and has served in a varietey of roles and capacities. After being in the classroom for many years she is very happy to step out and serve as an advocate for teachers and aid in the implementation of the curriculum for the Weekday Program. She received her Associates of Science from Collin College and then went on the receive her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M Commerce, and a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Development and Social Work. Courtney has never met a stranger and her personality and light fills the room! She is married to her husband Dessie and they have two children, Caleb and Bliss Bailey-Ray. In her spare time you can find her enjoying yoga, thrift shopping, and spending time with her family. Courtney’s career in Early Childhood Development is guided by Proverbs 22:6 which states, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it”. He grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano East Senior High School in 1999. He received a music degree from SMU in 2003. Andrew has an extensive collection of classical, jazz, and classic rock CDs. For the last few years, Andrew has not only taught in the afterschool program, but also lead the team as the Afterschool Program Coordinator. He likes the opportunity to teach the kids basic and important skills they will need later in life. His favorite part of the day is the time set aside for daily projects.
