How to Enroll
**If you will be paying using Child Care Services, contact our office prior to filling out online enrollment paperwork.**
Enrollment for Summer 2026 and School Year 2026-2027
Community Enrollment for the 2026 summer and 2026-2027 school year opens February 18, 2026. Contact the office at office@weekdayprogram.com for any questions.
Preschool (infants through Prekindergarten) Summer ONLY families who will attend only part of the summer or will attend only during the summer .
Schoolage (entering Kinder-6th grade) Summer

Enrollment fees will be billed via Brightwheel once an enrollment form has been submitted and the student has a reserved spot in our school. Enrollment fees must be paid within 2 business days to secure the enrollment or the spot may be forfeited.
Enrollment Process
Step 1: Complete Enrollment Form
Choose the Button for the enrollment format you will be choosing using a PC or tablet to complete the enrollment form and submit it to the school office. Please do not use a mobile phone to complete the enrollment form.
Step 2. Submit Enrollment Fee & Supply Fee
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will be sent an invitation to create a Brightwheel account. You will download from your app store after submitting. Enrollment fees and the Supply fee are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 business days for billing to appear in Brightwheel, after we have received and processed your enrollment form.
Step 3. Submit Forms
Download required medical forms and submit by the first day of school. Additional e-signature admissions forms will be emailed to you. ALL MUST be turned in prior to setting a start date.
Enrollment for Spring 2026 School Year
Preschool & School Age Academic Year Enrollment Form: Fill out this form if summer care is not needed or if you only need partial summer care. If you need partial summer care, you must also complete a separate summer enrollment form. Monthly tuition rates for the Academic year can be found on the school website.
Enrollment for Current Families starts on February 4th
Enrollment for new families will start on February 18th
